Thanksgiving

This year we spent Thanksgiving in Las Vegas with family. It was a lot of fun! We went to the Tournament of Kings show, bowling, Black Friday shopping, and swimming. We loved the Tournament of Kings, great show for little ones! The only bad part about our trip was driving home. It took us 9 hours instead of the usual 4!

Clippers Game

One of Mike's bosses owns one of the VIP boxes in the Staples Center. Whenever he can't go to an event he gives away his tickets. We were fortunate enough to go to a Clippers game there! Although neither of us are big fans of the Clippers we still had a lot of fun! I've decided that I could definitely get used to life in the VIP box!

Halloween

Carving Pumpkins

At first Jamison wasn't too sure about cleaning out the pumpkins.

But as you can see by the mess in my kitchen, he soon got over that!

Mike's pumpkin was amazing, he is so talented!

Pumpkin Patch

We found an awesome pumpkin patch not far from us! They had wagon rides, a corn maze, acres of pumpkin patches, and a petting zoo. I love the patches that let you go pick the pumpkin from the vine, it was so much fun!

Ghosts

I had an old fitted sheet with a rip in it that I was going to toss out but decided that it would make a fun project. Jamison and I cut it up and made little ghosts out of it for Halloween decorations. We used every single piece of the sheet and nothing else. We ended up with 30 ghosts total. It was fun to reuse something for a craft project!Jamison got a kick out of ripping the sheet into strips.

Family

My family came out to visit us this week and we had such a fun time! We went to Disneyland, California Adventure, and of course the beach! They were so sad to leave our 80 degree weather to go back to snow, but not as sad as we were to see them go. We miss you already, please come back soon!

Fire Station

Our local fire station had an Open House that we went to a few weeks ago. They had all the engines out for the kids to climb up and sit in. Jamison loved seeing all the big trucks!

Sunset on the Beach

I love living so close to the beach! I love that we can just run over there for an hour after Mike gets off work and enjoy the sunset, so beautiful!

Jamison has been falling asleep in the funniest positions lately! Last night he feel asleep with a picture of the temple wrapped up in his arms, but I forgot to get a picture of it, it was soooo cute!

Disneyland

This year for my birthday we celebrated at Disneyland! It was Jamison's first time there and it was so magical to see his little face light up with joy and excitement!
