Time to Go
When we moved to Sacramento three years ago it was really hard for me. I had to leave behind all of my family and start all over again. But it didn't take long for Sacramento to become my home. We have the most amazing ward with the most amazing people! We truly cherish the friendships that we've made here. Leaving here will be just as hard as leaving Utah because I feel like I'm leaving family again. I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father for guiding us and knowing exactly where we needed to be over the last few years. Now it's time to leave again, to start all over. Yes, I'm sad to leave and a little scared, but I know that Orange County is where we're suppose to be. I'm excited to see what the Lord has in store for our family!
Ward BBQ
Today was our last ward activity in Sacramento. We had a bbq and played lots of fun games. Afterwards we had two fire engines come and the firemen talked to the kids and showed them the engines. They even gave each kid a turn to spray the hose, Jamison got a kick out of it! We have truly loved this ward, and we are so very sad to leave!

San Francisco
Grandma and Grandpa D came out to visit last weekend and took us to San Francisco for the day. We visited the aquarium where Grandpa bought Jamison a Nemo toy fish that he couldn't put down, he even took it to lunch with us! We strolled through the market and sampled some yummy treats and we went out to the Wave Organ and enjoyed watching the sailboats. San Francisco is such a beautiful city, we absolutely love it there! There is so much to do and never enough time to do it in. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for the wonderful trip!!

Southern California
Last week Jamison and I joined Mike in Southern California to look for a place to live. It was Jamison's first airplane ride and he LOVED it! He couldn't get enough of watching the planes fly in and take off. While down there we made a little time one evening to go to the beach! When we pulled up Jamison said "Pool!" He was a little scared of the waves the first time they crashed, but after that he was excited to play in them! He thought it was hillarious when we would lift him up over them! We are super excited to live close to the ocean and spend more time there!

Old Sacramento
During our time in California we have fallen in love with Old Sacramento! We love the Railroad Museum, the horse carriages, the shops, the river, all of it! We have had the opportunity to go there twice in the past month. One with Chelon to the museum and another to take Jamison to ride the train. Jamison was soooo excited to ride on the train, he was cheering so loud when he heard it! Afterwards we decided to ride in one of the horse carriages, it was fun! We are really going to miss going to Old Sacramento!!

New Haircut
For about a month now I have been considering donating my hair to Locks of Love. Well today I finally did it! I ended up cutting off 18 inches! It's a little strange because I haven't had my hair this short for 10 years, but I really like it!
