Utah Trip

My grandmother recently passed away so Jamison and I spent a couple of weeks in Utah with family. Despite the reason we were there, it was great to be reunited with family again. I always leave wishing we lived closer so that we could see everyone more often. We love you all and hope to see you soon! Grandma Vonnie Poo, you will be missed and we love you!

We had our first official visitors come to Southern California to see us, YAY! Mom V, Nikota, Zack, and Kayden made their way from Utah and we are so glad they did! We had such a good time just hanging out, shopping, going to the beach, and the San Diego Zoo. We love you guys and can't wait for you to visit again really soon!!

Family Pictures

Before we left Sacramento we had some family pictures taken in Old Auburn! Our photographer was great, thanks Janelle! You can check out her website here. Here are a few of them for you to check out!

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July weekend! One of Mike's co-workers invited us over to his house for a BBQ with his family. We also joined them for a small street fair, a concert in the park, and then an amazing display of fireworks over the lake! Jamison loved the fireworks! Every couple of minutes he would say "Cool" and "Wow", super cute!Jamison tie-dying a t-shirt at the street fair.

Concert in the park.

Jamison kept flirting with this little girl at the concert.

First Week in So Cal

We are now officially residents of Southern California! In the middle of all of our unpacking last week we made some time to go to Laguna Beach. We love that the beach is only 10 minutes from our house, we'll be spending a lot of time there for sure!

Girls Night

Before we left Sacramento all of us girls got together for a Girls Night. It was so much fun to just hang out, eat junk food, talk, and play games! To all of my great friends there- I truly love you and have learned so much from each of you! Thanks for being shining examples to me in my life and for being such great friends! I will cherish your friendship always!

Time to Go

When we moved to Sacramento three years ago it was really hard for me. I had to leave behind all of my family and start all over again. But it didn't take long for Sacramento to become my home. We have the most amazing ward with the most amazing people! We truly cherish the friendships that we've made here. Leaving here will be just as hard as leaving Utah because I feel like I'm leaving family again. I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father for guiding us and knowing exactly where we needed to be over the last few years. Now it's time to leave again, to start all over. Yes, I'm sad to leave and a little scared, but I know that Orange County is where we're suppose to be. I'm excited to see what the Lord has in store for our family!
