Happy Birthday Jamison!

Jamison celebrated his 2nd birthday last week! I can't believe my baby is so grown up, where does the time go? We took him to the Folsom Zoo on his birthday which he loved! Then yesterday we had a birthday party for him and invited all of his little friends, it was great! We had about 16 kids there. We barbequed and the kids played in the pool and the sandbox and had a blast!

Jamison, we love you so much and are so grateful to have you in our lives! The last two years have been the best yet!! You truly are a blessing from Heaven. Happy Birthday!!

Summer Fun in April

Last week we had a few hot days that got into the 90's! It seemed so crazy that we were running our AC in April, especially when I would talk to family in Utah who had just received snow! I just love the California sunshine!!

Easter

We had a great Easter this year packed full of fun! We did an Easter egg hunt for Jamison in our backyard and colored Easter eggs. Our good friends invited us over for dinner and another Easter egg hunt on Sunday. Then Monday morning a bunch of us from the ward got together at a friend's house for a luncheon and yet another egg hunt!

Oregon Trip

Earlier this month we visited Mom and Dad D in Oregon. It was a nice, relaxing week! It is always so much fun to spend time with family. Jamison absolutely loves his grandparents!!

Before and After

We've been in our house for almost four months now and I'm finally getting around to posting before and after pictures. We have put a lot of time and sweat into our home and we absolutely love it! We had to re-paint the ENTIRE house, repair holes, deep clean it, buy light fixtures, buy appliances, etc. We still have our master bathroom to complete, but it should be an easy project.

Our living room was a huge project! There are vaulted ceilings which made it difficult. We had to prime the whole thing before we painted.

Happy Birthday Mike!

We celebrated Mike's 31st birthday on Friday night! We invited all of our friends over for a fun party. I made a bunch of desserts and we pulled out the chocolate fountain, it was great!

Mike, you are such a wonderful husband and an amazing father! Jamison and I are so blessed to be able to spend eternity with such a man! I truly cherish every moment that we have together. We hope this year is full of great memories that we can share together! We love you!!

We Miss Uncle Seth!

We had the privilege of having Mike's younger brother, Seth, stay here with us for the past month and a half! It was so fun to have him here and the house seems extra quiet now that he's gone. Jamison absolutely adores his uncle and he is still asking where he is. Seth, you are welcome in our home anytime, we love you!!
